Questions clubs ask us
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You get 14 days with every feature. You only enter a card if you decide to subscribe, and your remaining trial days are kept.
How do my players join?
You share your club link or QR code. Players create their account in one minute and can book right away. You can also add members yourself.
Do my players need to install an app?
No. The booking page works in any phone browser, and players can add it to their home screen.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No, 0%. You pay a fixed monthly plan. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account; only Stripe's standard card fees apply.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. Each administrator gets their own access rights: for example the front desk sees the planning and collects payments, but not your revenue or settings.
How do players pay for their bookings?
By card when they book (the money goes straight to your Stripe account), with prepaid credits, or at the club. You choose which methods you accept.
Which languages are available?
The whole app is available in English, Français, Español, Italiano, Português, Nederlands, Deutsch, Svenska. Each club chooses its default language and every player can switch.
Where is my data hosted?
On servers in the European Union (France), backed up every night. Your data belongs to you: you can export it or ask us to delete it at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans have no commitment: you cancel from your billing page in two clicks.
